Airtable Referral Tracker

These screenshots show the Airtable based “Referral Tracker” Skive built to track sales rep efforts at facilities & how that effort ties back to results.

The first view is a simple dashboard that can be filtered by sales rep and facility, showing the total action count and a quick breakdown by action type (ex: site visits, cold outreach, attended show).

This view goes a level deeper and summarizes each facility under a rep with key rollups like referral count, client count, total logged actions, and the action to referral and action to client ratios, so leadership can quickly spot what is working and where things are not converting.

This view shows the activity log in a calendar format, so you can see a rep’s week at a glance and use the same layout for both planning the week ahead and reviewing what actually happened.

Here we see the underlying database structure in Airtable, with separate tables for reps, facilities, actions, referrals, clients, and logs, all linked together so we can add more fields and build more dashboards over time without changing the core workflow.
