Everfund is an organization dedicated to assisting individuals with monthly incomes exceeding Medicaid limits in qualifying for and maintaining Medicaid benefits. They required an efficient system to track and manage their new clients and onboarding process.

The Solution

We set up a management system to manage and track clients from the intake process through onboarding. The system allowed for the creation of tickets for client requests, ensuring quick resolution and preventing any issues from falling through the cracks. Dashboards were created to provide management with a visual representation of client stages, enabling timely intervention. Custom online forms were developed to streamline client information input directly into the system.
