Main Goal: Save time by automating invoice generation with Documint through Make.com

We achieved those goals with a custom automation that pulls information from Smartsuite to generate an invoice for a shipment.

This automation was an add-on to a setup Skive built that allowed the client to keep track of their shipment process in Smartsuite.

When the staff want to generate an invoice they click the “Create Invoice” button and the automation runs with the info stored in their Smartsuite system.

Within seconds the completed invoice is added automatically to the record.
