This system gives the league a clear, centralized view of sponsor exposure across social media. Every time a sponsor receives exposure—such as being featured as “Sponsor of the Day”—it’s logged and added to their record. The result is a live dashboard where the team can monitor fulfillment, track commitments, and ensure no sponsor is overlooked.
Sponsor Exposure Tracker
The Team Sponsors page provides a high-level view of all sponsors and their exposure activity.
At the top of the screen, you can filter by Sponsorship Type or other criteria to quickly narrow down the list. For example, you can select a specific team (e.g., Junior Basketball or Adult Football) to see only those sponsors.
The main table shows:
-
Sponsor name and associated team
-
Whether “Sponsor of the Day” has been posted
-
Total Exposure Count
Each time a sponsor receives social media exposure, the count updates automatically. This makes it easy to confirm deliverables and track overall visibility for each company.
From here, users can click into any sponsor record to see detailed information.
When you open an individual sponsor record, you get a complete view of their exposure history.
AI automatically summarizes all exposure activity. Instead of manually reviewing every post, you can quickly understand what the sponsor has received and how they’ve been featured.
In addition to the sponsor dashboard, the system includes a Recent Daily Exposure page.
This view shows a running log of the most recent exposure activity across the league. Instead of reviewing sponsor-by-sponsor, you can quickly see what has happened lately—what was posted, which sponsor was featured, and when.
This system is especially helpful for:
-
Confirming that daily exposure commitments are being met
-
Reviewing recent activity at a glance
-
Identifying gaps or missed posts
-
Clear visibility into sponsor deliverables
-
A structured way to track exposure
-
Automated summaries for quick review
-
A real-time log of recent activity
